Junior Business Developer with French

OC Prod is a consulting company in Management and Organization, founded in 2005 in Romania, which currently operates in 6 countries on 4 continents (Canada, Morocco, France, Romania, Vietnam, China).

OC Prod is an international recruitment agency, specialized in areas such as engineering, medical, retail. IT, Finacial, BPO etc.

- 6 months minimum experience in any job with attention capturing details while engaging with customers or callers;
- Ability to speak fluently in French;
- Strong listening skills & excellent attention to detail;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Excellent oral, and grammatical communication skills;
- Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills.

- Targeting companies in French speaking countries in Europe in order to identify new opportunities;
- Contacting potential clients via telephone and email to establish rapport and set up meetings;
- Understanding client needs, create business proposals and write bids;
- Negotiating contracts;
- Develop and implement market and business development strategies;
- Represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings, ensuring that favorable terms and outcomes are obtained;
- Work closely with the Leadership team to strategically drive the business forward in line with its long term aims through identification of the appropriate commercial engagement angle.
